splits.info ("we", "us", or "our") is a Strava integration that reads your activity lap data and appends a workout summary to your Strava activity descriptions. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

Google account info — your name, email address, and Google user ID, collected when you sign in with Google.
Strava OAuth tokens — access and refresh tokens that let us read your activities and update descriptions on your behalf.
Strava athlete ID — used to associate your Strava account with your splits.info account.
Activity lap data — lap distance, duration, and pace fetched from Strava solely to generate workout summaries. This data is not stored persistently.
Display preferences — your chosen unit system (imperial/metric) and pace display preference.

How we use your data

To authenticate you and maintain your session.
To read your Strava activities and generate lap-based workout summaries.
To write the generated summary back to your Strava activity description.
To apply your display preferences to generated text.

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or any purpose beyond operating this service.

Data storage

Account data (name, email, Google ID, Strava athlete ID, OAuth tokens, and preferences) is stored on our servers. Activity lap data fetched from Strava is processed in memory only and is not stored.

Strava data

This app connects to Strava via their official API. By connecting your Strava account you also agree to Strava's Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time via Strava's app settings.

Cookies

We use a single signed session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Revoking Strava access via Strava's settings will also prevent any further activity updates.
